By accessing growproplus.com or subscribing to any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Services Description
GrowProPlus provides digital marketing services to individuals, content creators, and businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising management (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Social media content management and scheduling
- Content marketing (blog posts, landing pages, copywriting)
- Email marketing and automation
- Analytics setup and monthly reporting
The specific scope of work for each client is defined by the subscription plan selected at the time of purchase.
4. Subscription Plans
GrowProPlus offers the following monthly subscription plans:
- Basic (€15/month): Entry-level plan for individuals and freelancers
- Standard (€49/month): Intermediate plan for creators and small businesses
- Pro (€99/month): Full-service plan for growing brands
Each plan's included services are described in detail on our pricing page. GrowProPlus reserves the right to modify plan features or pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are billed on a monthly basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. GrowProPlus does not store payment card information at any time.
6. Delivery & Scope of Work
Work begins within 3–5 business days of subscription activation. Deliverables (posts, reports, campaigns) are provided according to the schedule outlined in each plan. Timelines may vary based on client response time and content approval.
GrowProPlus is not responsible for delays caused by late client feedback, unavailable account access, or third-party platform issues beyond our control.
7. Customer Obligations
- Provide accurate business information and access credentials where required
- Respond to requests for content approval within a reasonable timeframe
- Not request services that are illegal, fraudulent, or violate third-party terms
- Not initiate chargebacks without first contacting our support team
- Notify us promptly of any changes to business details that affect service delivery
8. Our Obligations
- Deliver services as described in the selected subscription plan
- Provide email support and respond within 24 business hours
- Maintain confidentiality of all client business information
- Process refunds and cancellations in accordance with our policies
9. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to receive service until that date. To cancel, contact us at growproplus@growproplus.com.
No cancellation fees apply. We do not require notice periods beyond the current billing cycle.

11. Intellectual Property
Content created by GrowProPlus on behalf of clients (social media posts, written content, reports) becomes the property of the client upon full payment. All original GrowProPlus branding, templates, and methodologies remain the property of GrowProPlus.
12. Limitation of Liability
GrowProPlus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased sales, website traffic, or search rankings, as these depend on factors outside our direct control.
13. Privacy & Data
Your use of growproplus.com is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
